yS.Amr Ibrahim Amr Ibrahim al-Zubaidi () (born February 12, 1945) is a Libyan diplomat, former Ambassador of Libya to the United States of America, and former Assistant Secretary General of the General People's Congress, the ruling party in Libya. On January 22, 2009, Ibrahim was appointed as Ambassador of Libya to the United States and subsequently to Canada. He is the first Libyan ambassador to Canada in the modern era. On August 13, 2009, he was reappointed as Ambassador of Libya to the United States. He was also the Assistant Secretary-General of the General People's Congress, the ruling party in Libya. Ambassador Ibrahim was in exile in London from 1969 to 1985. From 1985 to 1993, he was Libya's Representative in Vienna.
